First contact initially by email to set up a date for phone interview. From there it was the basic phone interview with tell me about yourself and why you think you are a good fit for a customer relations role. The next step is a online chat interview. This consisted of a hypothetical situation dealing with a customer at a car wash. They are looking for speed in response with accuracy and customer service being paramount.
