4 rounds including, an assessment, 3 interviews with senior manager, hiring manager and , head of hr . The interview were fine. But the hr does a horrible job, they won't update you about your application status even after following up with them multiple times you won't get a single response and even if you do they have no clue what's happening. So they made you wait for weeks just to give you an update. It's a very slow process and you have to be behind the hr all the time just to know if they're moving forward with you. It took them 1 whole month to make a decision. And in the end you won't even know till you call them and ask what's happening just for you to know you're rejected. They really need to make a better hiring process . And stop playing around just be direct
