HR called me first to setup a call interview and on the decided date sent me an email to reschedule the call and finally when I received the call she asked me all non technical questions (not related to the job) and then told me they will arrange a second call interview if selected otherwise will convey the decision by following week.No reply for few weeks(didn't answered any of my followup emails) and when I thought its all dead then I saw the posting for the same position again and when I applied for the second time she called me again and it was same procedure once again.Interview call with no questions regarding the job duties.After we finished with series of random behavior related questions(all unrelated to the position) I asked about the second step she told me I will get call from their service manager and I thought this time it would be something technical related to the job duties and I will discuss about my job related experience.All I got was a barely audible call from one of their managers and all I heard was he was asking what questions I have regarding this position.
