Very negative-oriented questions, be prepared to talk more about failure than success. Steven (CEO) did not seem very friendly or interested in getting to know your personality. Be prepared for a behavioral/situational style interview rather than a conversation about the company and the role.

Entretien
Phone call, following an extensive application process. For someone who harps so much on chemistry and passion in the job description, the agency president couldn't have sounded less engaged and disinterested in conducting a phone call interview from the get-go. The call was supposed to go into more detail about the position and the compensation. In short, it was a total waste of my time.
