1. The interviewers were 15minute for the call.
2. The job posting had a salary range included. My offer was more than 10k lower than the range supplied.
3. The job offer had errors in it.
The overall process had a very disorganized feeling. Too many red flags during the complete process.
Decided to decline the offer.
