The worst experience I've gotten in years. Got contacted on LI by the team leader. Got to a phone screening with a recruiter after a week. Scheduled an 1:1 interview with the person who contacted me in the first place after ~2 weeks. Back and forth emails regarding salary expectations. Programmed to another round of interviews after a while. Extra steps, which weren't communicated to me in advance, would pop in because they shifted the position in something else without asking if that's OK with me. Another round of back and forth emails. Dropped my candidature before I'd interview with the whole company. The process took more than a month and it was only halfway through. Even though I mentioned specific intervals in which I'd be available, they'd schedule the meetings outside of them. The people I talked with wouldn't assume responsibility for their acts. They said that I was the one who requested to be considered for a senior role, that I wasn't communicating some info during the talks when I certainly did that, and so on. Overall, a very unprofessional way to treat candidates. I don't think I'll reconsider too soon to join this company. The process is unappealing and it takes way too long.

2 entretiens skype avant entretien physique. premier temps avec les RH, puis avec le futur manager. Présentation de l'entreprise, de l'esprit de l'entreprise, et enfin du service. Quelques questions de parcours, d'expériences précédentes , avant d"échanger avec le manager. Même questions mais tourné différemment surement pour comparer les réponses. Suivie d'une petite visite des locaux.

Équipe de recrutement très agréable. Entretien assez long. Ne prévoyez pas de rendez vous après l'entretien Il vous reprendrons chacones de vos expériences professionnelles. Il vous ferons quelques test écrit. Et vous ferons une simulation de vente par téléphone avec le manager de l'équipe
