The interview process was really quick, professional, well-organized, and pleasant for me. It took only 2 weeks, starting from the HR interview, then a business case, then an interview with the team lead, and to the final offer.

Entretien
The interview was conducted in a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, both with HR and the direct manager. The HR representative was very creative and even joked in the correspondence before sending the offer, creating a sense of mystery around the decision. The processes did not take too long, and the technical task was open-minded, focusing more on analytical thinking. The overall impression is very positive.

The HR scheduled the telephonic interview call, but I never got any call.
I tried contacting via email and other phone numbers which I found on web but no one responded.
I didn't expected this from AUTO1 Group.

Entretien
The process had 3 different stages. The HR interview, a technical skill test online and a final interview with the manager. Everything went smoothly and the phases are fit for the job role and level of experience they are hiring for.

The questions were aimed to acknowledge the caracter of the person and not their skills set, which was already put into test on the technical test.
