Initially, they wanted me to come down the same day as my application 3hrs later. When I told them I couldn't make it they asked me to come down at 9am the next week. On the day of the interview at 8am, they asked to reschedule to 10.30 or 11.30am then when I said I couldn't they suddenly said I could come at the original time at 9am. I ended up waiting till 9.30am anyways. The person who started the interview did not introduce herself, when I asked her questions on her position there I found out that she was a university student and did not pass her papers yet. The interviewer then came in at nearly 10am. The student was obviously there to buy time for her. HR role was a scam. They still want you to do insurance and angle it as you can earn side income. When asked about the details of mentorship and the job description they couldn't answer directly other than "Oh we have a lot of people here who make a lot of money. We definitely have a mentorship plan. See that's why they can do so well." Tried to impress with: - Her cheque of how much she made - Testimonial from her clients which I don't think was relevant to the job. - That her clients can get hospital beds immediately - Focused on trying to impress me with how much the individuals are making there - Did not listen to any of my questions and just kept talking - Tried to guilt trip and be passive aggressive to me by saying that me not wanted to be a Financial Advisor was "Closed minded" and that it's fine that I didn't care about my financial future.
