I was looking for part-time jobs online, and saw that ATI was hiring. I applied that day. A few days after applying, I received an email from an employment recruiter from the ATI corporate office in Chicago. We scheduled a date for a phone interview. The interview was more like a casual conversation about myself pretty much. She was very easy going, and very nice. Then towards the end of the conversation, we scheduled an interview for the location I applied for. I went to the second interview a week after the phone interview, and I met with the office supervisor. She was such a nice woman. She asked me about why ATI and about my personality, and how I would deal with certain situations. She talked a lot about how that location used to be their own physical therapy office before they got bought out from ATI less than a year ago, and how they are still transitioning into ATI. The office supervisor gave me a tour, and talked to me about the physical therapists that work there, and I had a 10 minute interview with another manager. I also got to sit at the front desk with the woman that worked there. I was there for 2 hours! The next day, the recruiter called me, and told me that I got a job offer, and I accepted.

Had an initial phone interview with the district office manager; then went on to have an in-person interview with the clinic director of the clinic that I was applying to work at.

I was contacted via email about setting up a phone interview. On the scheduled day and time, a recruiter from Illinois called me and the conversation was breaking up almost the entire duration on both ends. She didn't seem to be able to make out much of my answers to her questions, which was very frustrating to me. She also seemed in a hurry to end the phone interview. It was an extremely unfair experience and I'm disappointed that my shot at this job was probably totally lost due to these circumstances.

Easy interview. One and one and asked basic questions. Very friendly and made the process less stressful. Had an offer within 3 days. Started in under 3 weeks. Everything went smoothly. Could not be happier at this company.
