I had an initial phone call from a recruiter, then an interview with hiring manager that lasts about 30 minutes about basic interests in the program and questions about educational background. There is two interviews total before they decide to give you an offer.

First round was with a recruiter a the final was with a manager in my area, although the final round got rescheduled four times. I would recommend going over the sales pipeline and consultative sales for these interviews.
