Agency identified position and had interview quickly set up with hiring manager. She wanted to hire me on the spot but her interview questions had me ready to run out the door. It sounded intriguing at first, with analysis and work with SharePoint and setting up new processes and rolling out sites to teams.

Multiple phone screenings with recruiter. Position offered changed over time as they got filled but still wanted to keep the conversation going. Interviews were no pressure conversations and friendly in demeanor. It would have helped if more details about the team were given in order to shape and specify answers, but was not much of a setback. Eventually did not receive an offer.
