After applying for the ITP, I got invited for a webex internview, it lasted for one hour, and the question were very general and classic . After 3 weeks, I sent an e-mail to the recruiter asking about the outcome of my interview, he said that he was pleased to announce to me that I am selected for the assessment round in their headquarters in Leoben, I got very excited, only to my surprise to receive 4 days later an automatic e-mail telling me that I am not selected for the assessment round. I contacted the recruiter for clarifications, he just said that the recruitment committee reviewed one more time the interviews, and they gave them another list of candidates to invite to the assessment center. What was shocking is that he didn't even care to apologize, or try to find any solution for the situation. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and hope that no one else has to go through this.
