A comunicação durante o recrutamento poderia ser mais clara e objetiva, especialmente em relação ao andamento do processo e alinhamento entre gestores.

Very casual, not as descriptive towards the day to day workload. Unless you really understand the role you are entering you will be shocked to know of the other ad hoc tasks that you will be doing.
