There were 4 interview rounds. 1. Discussion with HR about the role and responsibilities 2. Data Structures and Algorithms where I was asked a linked list question and an image rotation by 90 degree 3. This round focused on algorithmic details, getting into depths of understanding a paper and sharing knowledge 4. In-person interview with team where I was asked technical questions. I was very disheartened despite doing well and they had verbally given positive feedback, they didn't get back. It has been 2 months since, I reached out to them to understand the status (even if rejection, I would be happy to rather than being ghosted). Please change this aspect, candidates take their time as well to interview,
