Phone interviewed by a TA Consultant, then by the VP of HR. Company flew me to headquarters in San Francisco to meet the team. Initially, they expected me to cover my flight/hotel/uber/meal expenses, etc. with the promise that all would be reimbursed later, which I thought was very strange given that most companies would pay for those things upfront if they are serious about you. I refused to cover these expenses and the company agreed to arrange everything for me. I arrived on Sunday and the interviews were on Tuesday. The process lasted around 6 hours and consisted meeting each member of the team and discuss the position and my qualifications for 1 hr with each member. I returned home the next day. Although, the whole process was extenuating, I was treated well and overall it was a pleasant experience. However, I was told that a member of the team would contact me the week after, with a final decision, and I did not receive any call/email. Furthermore, 2 weeks later I sent follow up emails to the team and they were never responded. I was even asked to submit any other expense incurred for reimbursement and they never responded to my attempts. Its been 4 weeks already and this company does not return my calls, my emails are not acknowledge and my other expenses were not reimbursed. Very shady company and certainly not a team that inspires trust.
