Got a initial phone screen but have not being reply yet, but overall the recruiter is professional and nice, i will update if there is anything updated, asked about personal work expericence and told me about the role deeper

3 rounds of interviews- 1. phone screening with Talent Acquisition 2. Virtual interview with hiring manager 3. On site final interview with multiple panels Interview process was fine. Asked behavioral questions, why I'm interested in the job, and theoretical questions of what I would do in a scenario, and similar questions. Overall I thought it the interview process went ok. Note: this company will ghost you, even if you made it through the final rounds. I didn't even receive an automated rejection for when the position was filled. The company can really step up in communication, especially for candidates that make it to final round. I understand lack of communication for lower level interviews, but it would be courteous to send out at least an automated rejection email so we're not left wondering what our status is. Especially after taking out time in order to make it to the interviews.
