I went on a full-day interview onsite, and recruiter told me that I would hear back in three weeks. However, I never heard back despite reaching recruiters twice at the fourth and sixth weeks.

I applied with a CV and a motivation letter through their official website, there were no other steps involved and I received an invitation for an interview. The application procedure was easy to follow and they responded quickly.

I was asked about my experiences and knowledge. I was also asked a couple hypothetical questions. For example they asked what I would do if there was a part which had to be sent to the customer but I realized right before shipment that it has a fault.

Will also touch the difficulty/challenge experience and how you overcome based on your presented experience. Last will be the payment and holiday police clearification with HR and it will take longer back to direct manager if the final package is not meeted expectation.
