J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez ASML (Tokyo) en juin 2012
Entretien
Interview with local manager, then later with regional manager. Standard questions (why you want to work there and what you think about relocations and long shifts) plus some technical questions to assess knowledge. Some of these were not really fair questions as they would not be known outside of the company. This probably due to manager's lack of technical comprehension. An informal separate interview with HR to negociate salary followed. Finally some back and forth over contract details by email.

Within a month of applying, had a recorded video interview and then a video call with managers. Content of interviews were both technical and personal questions. Altogether it was a smooth experience.

1. HR screening 2. On-site interview Rejection. Each round rotates around 5 working days with very standardized scedule and HRs are apporachable, professional, and helpful. But 3-hour on-site interview is too long. Make sure you eat something before going there.
