Only HR screening interview, Hiring manager misinterpreted my background based on one word on my 3 page resume making up their mind prior to any discussion, HR stood me up on initial call without notice in advance, Eventual follow-up was very awkward conversation with no organization and rushed me off the phone before getting my questions answered, It was if no one looked closely at my cover letter and resume in advance and just going through the motions while putting me on the defensive the whole time, No acknowledgements of accomplishments in the field of relevance, all branches of ASM act the same way in recruiting so good luck!
