It was an easy process. We were all invited in for a group activity and then showed us the shop floor. They asked us to spot anything that we think customers don't like.
Easy and straight forward, online situational test first which is easy to follow and understand. Then in person interview which only lasted about 5-10 minutes explaining availability. Then have an induction day walking you through how the shop works and what you'll be doing.
