In person at store. Interviewed by management team. Was asked various questions regarding different store tasks and health and safety. The interview was a fairly easy process and not intimidating. Was overall a good experience
Easy and straight forward, online situational test first which is easy to follow and understand. Then in person interview which only lasted about 5-10 minutes explaining availability. Then have an induction day walking you through how the shop works and what you'll be doing.
