This was a group interview, there was around 10 of us. First of all they kept us waiting around half an hour past the start time, it seemed very clicky, they seem to employ people who already have family/friends working there. Basically got the impression it's who you know, not what you know.
In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues
Good, thorough process, seemed like a nice culture and the manager was well informed. Process felt fair and I was put at ease throughout by the interviewer. It was a good experience
