Very straightforward process, was asked only two standard questions. Probably used just to weed out any potential wrong'uns. I don't think my answers really mattered. After passing their online assessment I think you are pretty much hired.

2. Describe an example you working in a team. What worked well?
Easy and straight forward, online situational test first which is easy to follow and understand. Then in person interview which only lasted about 5-10 minutes explaining availability. Then have an induction day walking you through how the shop works and what you'll be doing.
