Did an online application and test and was invited to an Asda Magic event. It was all fine until we were told that they didn't have all the jobs available that we had applied for and to fill in a form with the departments we wanted to work. I wasn't happy as had specifically wanted an admin position and not a shop floor one.

It was good, they are welcoming and accommodating. I feel comfortable enough with the interviewer to answer the questions being asked. We focus kore on my experience how I can contribute to the success of the company

what skills can you bring. what are your strengths and weaknesses
Ok, a bit bizarre but manageable. Not sure how I was offered the job. Is what it is. Think it more whether your face fits than anything else. Not a pleasant company.
