This was a very relaxed interview. I was interviewed by one manager and one section leader.
I was asked scenario-based questions and competency-based questions, such as 'How would you deal with an unhappy customer?'.

Basic questions of favourite item, what good customer service is, team work tasks to complete in a group, when available work sheet, very simple then range a few days later for on boarding

Group session (team building, think we had to make a model etc) followed by short individual interview. There was also bag packing for 20 minute, checking interaction with public etc. It was all fine.
