Online tests with assessment centre to follow. was straightforward and just lots of group exercises. It was a new store so they were hiring for lots of positions, might be harder if there are only a few available,
Phone call interview it was normal. Basic interview questions about previous retail work. I did not mind it and I do not think it was very difficult. The questions were not technical.

Entretien
Short, basic questions. The manager was nice and showed me around after asking questions regarding experience and expectations. Overall nice experience. Everybody was nice and I felt good during the interview
