I searched for jobs on the ASDA website and applied online for the same position at 3 stores near my home. I completed an assessment as well. The applications were made over 4 weeks ago and have had no response from ASDA - no emails or phone calls.

Easy and straight forward, online situational test first which is easy to follow and understand. Then in person interview which only lasted about 5-10 minutes explaining availability. Then have an induction day walking you through how the shop works and what you'll be doing.
