Had a group interview process called Asda Magic, you perform a number of group tasks (the sort of stuff you do in school) like building a structure out of spaghetti and marshmallows, saying what animal you would be and why. Had a tour of the shop, then a 1-on-1 interview that lasted about 5 minutes where they just asked you basic questions about yourself and your CV. Everyone at the Asda Magic I attended got the job.

Very straight forward. Team tasks and scenario based questions. Very informal and a straight forward process. Made to feel at ease instantly and the whole process was very relaxed. After the group session there was then a short one to one interview with one of the managers who made you feel very welcomed and interested in what you had to say.
