The staff is very friendly, and they truly want to support and help you grow in the field/profession. They did a really good job emphasizing the company's values and room to move up in the company. The interview was laid back and conversational.

The interview process was straightforward. The interviewer was trying to get to know me as a person and professionally. The interview was clear and the process was direct. I didn't get a clear understanding of the physical requirements of the position though.
