It is pretty simple. I applied for the job posting through craigslist. I received a call from the supervisor, and met her at the nearest Home Depot location. Once we got in, we got to know each other. She test my sales skills, as she made try to sale her a pen. So definitely work on your salesman skill before you go to this interview. Also, giving a good conversation will help you. Tell the interviewer about yourself, who you are, and your goals in life. It helped me out. If you can send a follow-up email

Entretien
Interviewer didn't have much experience with interviewing. Interviewer was covering for interviewer that does hiring interviews but he was filling in for the person that does the interviews, said they were filling in.
It was an ok experience considering it took 2 weeks to hear back from the first and second interviewers. Which caused me to not continue. I may consider it in the future.
