I saw the job posting on Craigslist and reached out because the company sounded interesting, at the time i was a Marketing major in college looking for a summer internship, and the location was close to home where I would be living for the summer. The VP reached out to me shortly thereafter and we spoke briefly on the phone and seeing as though I was in the area already, asked me if I might be able to stop in that same afternoon for an interview. I did and was given a tour of the office and the interview was a one-on-one meeting with the VP. Great guy, very friendly, and ultimately what made me interested in the company because he had a marketing background as well and explained some plans he had in place for marketing. I believe after that, it may have been just another follow up phone call and maybe a brief meeting with another member of upper level management, but overall it was a fairly quick process from beginning to end.
