The process began with the OAD survey and then a Phone call to know about my background.
The Interviewer's way of asking questions was really Unprofessional and Rude. I think that is one thing they need to change and also I think it is Armature's minimum responsibility to at least provide feedback. I tried contacting them through Emails and Phone calls, but they never responded. People who do not receive a call back after the interview, don't be surprised.
Advice to Management: Please have the courtesy to respond to emails or calls and let them know that you are not ready to move forward. If you do not respect people's time and effort I don't think anyone want to be part of such company.
