Contacted by recruiter and applied. Was told they were excited about my resume and wanted a phone screen. Followed up with an in person interview. I was told that I would be on site for 4-5 hours. When I arrived I was put in an office and took a 60 minute hands on technical test while the interviewer sat across from me looking completely bored. Once completed, I was told that we only had 9 minutes left for the interview. Awkward! I was then interviewed by a VP for another 45 minutes. At the end of the interview I was told that I didn't have the financial background they were looking for. Conclusion: I was interviewed to fill a quota. They hustled me out the door after 2 hours. Treated like they couldn't care less that I was there.
