The process took a total of three weeks. With an initial phone interview at first where I was asked basic questions about myself, and they informed me that they offer no relocation benefits and have a very low base salary. Next was a video interview with four members of the team, and then came a writing test that was very odd. All the while I was communicating with the hiring manager who kept reassuring me that things were going great and that I would hear back soon. I was sent a rejection email shortly after. At least I got one, seeing as most people do not.
