Following a telephone screening I interviewed with leaders across the organization. This consisted of sitting in an office while each came to me and conducted a 30-45 minute interview.

Entretien
Left me feeling uncomfortable and I heard red flags about considering working for AORN. They didn't follow-up in a timely manner, and didn't answer questions well regarding their company culture. I saw several things online that I wanted to address, but didn't get my questions answered to my satisfaction. Left me feeling like it would be a good career move.
