Attended an open house on site. There were over 100 vacant positrons that needed to be filled. It was on-site interviews being done. Friendly, respectful and nice setting. Obvious that the organization needed to hire staff immediately. Pay offered is below standard with average benefits. Training provided and hours can be flexible depending on your level or position. There seems to be high turnover probably because pay is low and benefits ok. They stressed how lack of experience not an issue because they provide training etc.
