I applied online and had a call with a recruiter a week later. The call was an informal chat about the role and the recruiter put me at ease and was informative. I then had a tech test and then a tech interview after feedback. Overall the process was a positive experience and I could sense that the recruiter wanted me to do well and supported me throughout. It was also great to meet with other employees at AND Digital.

I have applied for the Junior developer role, after seeding my CV I was waiting for feedback. I was told that unfortunately, they are interviewing level 2 software developers and not Level 1. Which is my case after a career break for almost 2 years. I was disappointed that I didn't get to do the technical challenge which would give me a sense of what to expect and the company culture is really friendly with moms.
