I initially had a phone screen with a recruiter, then was scheduled in the next week to meet with the Regional Manager at his hotel as he visited stores in the area. He stated the person previously in the role did a good job and was picked up by a former employer, so he was covering the gap. I dressed professionally in a simple solid color dress and heels, he was company polo and khakis, and either would be appropriate for day to day. The RM very amicable gave a good history of the company and its relationship with the client/brand/manufacturer, and what the responsibilities would be and how they are generally handled. Had great insight into the compensation pieces such as per diems, technology tools, and gas mileage as this is a traveling position.
