Slow, unresponsive & unprofessional. Echoing what the other reviews have stated below. It’s a wonder how the AMS recruiters got their roles. Been in various separate processes with them and all of them were extremely poorly managed. Constantly chasing after WEEKS of silence with no update or feedback. Shocking. It’s only doing a disservice to their teams and clients.
I encountered numerous questions primarily designed to assess my personal fit and compatibility with the team’s culture, values, and working style. I would recommend you prepare effective responses to highlight your strengths in these areas. (Star Method)
I had just one video interview with the team leads. They asked questions about my background and gave information about the position. Over all, very easy and they were very nice and personable.

My recruiter was nice but doesn’t let me negotiate on salary otherwise everything was nice. Be confident and they ask many scenario based questions and behavioural and I would suggest to be mentally prepared to answer the questions.
