The interview went well, after almost 3 meetings, they told me that Im not a fit cause I dont get the "corporation spirit". Which kinda caught me off a bit.

I had just one video interview with the team leads. They asked questions about my background and gave information about the position. Over all, very easy and they were very nice and personable.

My recruiter was nice but doesn’t let me negotiate on salary otherwise everything was nice. Be confident and they ask many scenario based questions and behavioural and I would suggest to be mentally prepared to answer the questions.
