J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez AMS
Entretien
Two rounds of interviews with very knowledgeable individuals. First interview was with a Recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. Both were concise and to the point. They were able to answer all my questions and explained the role well.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
A mixture of behavioral and situational questions.

I had an initial screening with internal recruitment, followed by a great first conversation with the hiring manager—who is the Managing Director of the Sourcing Strategy business. The next stage was a discussion with his counterpart on the delivery side of the organisation. Unfortunately, after that point, communication broke down.
It took over four weeks to receive any feedback, which was vague and seemed to be based solely on my second interview, with no reference to the strong first conversation with the hiring manager. No specific questions were asked during the process to assess my commercial experience, yet the feedback focused on this as a concern. Despite the positive tone of the first interview, I never received any direct feedback from the hiring manager himself.
I did reach out to the internal recruitment team to express my appreciation for their support but also to raise concerns about the lack of transparency and follow-up. While they acknowledged the issue and promised to seek further feedback, I’ve heard nothing since—now over two weeks later.
This experience has been deeply disappointing. A lack of communication and closure at any stage is frustrating, but at this level, it reflects especially poorly on the company’s regard for candidate experience. For a role positioned as senior and strategic, I had expected a far more professional and respectful process.

I applied online and received an invitation for an initial screening after a few days. I spoke to the sourcer/coordinator via MS Teams. They shared basic information about the working conditions (hours, team structure) and the account. They also asked work experience and competency-related questions, which were quite repetitive. Towards the end, I was given the opportunity to ask more questions about the role; however, the sourcer/coordinator was unable to share sufficient details.
I was told that I matched the job requirements and my resume would be passed on to the recruiter and the hiring manager, and then subsequent interviews would be face-to-face with the senior manager and the client.
I followed up with the sourcer/coordinator after 2.5 weeks of not receiving any updates. I received an automated rejection email on the following day.
