I remember I made a series of some tests online (language skills), then I was invited for an interview with managers. They were both very strict and didn't smile at me once - and I was smiling all the time. They asked really "hard" questions and at some point they gave me a paper and calculator and left the room giving me 15 min to make it. It was kind of shocking - never had this before during interview.
