When This division opened up, the hiring process was quick and efficient. Everyone was supportive. Over the last few years, I have heard from several public safety workers that had started the hiring process with AMR not completing it.

I was able to complete my interview via zoom, as I was out of state. The person interviewing me had his camera off the whole time. I was hired. I received the a letter and I acknowledged it.

Very easy interview, show up on time in business casual and you are golden.
The interview was professional and engaging. The interviewer asked relevant clinical questions, focusing on real-world EMS scenarios. They valued both medical knowledge and compassion. I felt respected and heard throughout. It reinforced my desire to join the team and serve the community. A truly positive and motivating experience.
