Multiple rounds of online interviews require face recordings and preparations. It did not really matter because they falsely advertised a wage but eventually the job offer was way less than they advertised. The rate they offered works out to be less than the federal poverty line. They also requires a good home office environment and a good internet connection for a below-poverty line job.
