Several phone interviews with talent acquisition manager. Great interview coaching. Followed by face to face interview at main office. Director of recruitment was very cordially and professional. Nice campus friendly staff.

Very Smooth and professional. Enjoyed that there were two people part of the process. Like open ended questions that were more than yes or no questions. It was perfect length. Not too long or short.

I applied via corporate website, received email from a corporate recruiter within a few days requesting time/date for scheduling telephonic interview. Telephonic interview went extremely well. The recruiter scheduled for me to meet with the hiring manager later in that week. Met with the hiring manager, had the opportunity to shadow with a future team member - overall was feeling great about joining the company. At the closing of the interview, the hiring manager stated that if a candidate was not a good fit for a role he/she was interviewing for, perhaps, that person would be better suited in another department. Okay, I was thinking what a nice jesture - I could envision myself growing within the company. My recruiter was fantastic, she reached out to me to asked how was my interview. I was told that I should here back within a week for status. After a great introduction and first impression everything went......... Silence. I sent a follow up email to the recruiter for status........... Silence. I never heard back from anyone, this is so sad and unprofessional. It only takes a few seconds to send a "sorry" we went with another canditate email message.
