I applied online and heard back MONTHS later. It took so long that I could not even remember what job I applied for. Luckily I was still looking for a position. I had a brief phone screening with HR & then had a face to face interview with whom would be my boss. The interviewer was reading from a sheet of paper with questions on it. All scenario type questions, which I think is a very outdated style and not very personable.
