I was initially contacted via LinkedIn about this job opportunity. The first interview was a basic screening. The second interview was scheduled for a week later, but the interviewer missed it and later apologized, mentioning he was "at the beach," which I found unprofessional. Another interview was set for a week after, which went smoothly. However, in the final interview, both interviewers were 20 minutes late. During this last interview, I was told I would receive a compensation package within a few days. However, I never received a follow-up email, and things were delayed multiple times. Communication was lacking, deadlines were promised but not met, and I was eventually ghosted after investing roughly 3-4 weeks in the interview process. My feedback is to be more considerate of candidates' time. We take time out of our schedules to attend interviews, and the lack of communication and punctuality reflects poorly on your company. Please refrain from promising deadlines and actions if you cannot meet them, as it demonstrates a lack of accountability. These incidents do not reflect positively on your company's reputation and indicate a need for improvement from a professional business perspective.
