They have an initial interview which lasts about 20 minutes. They are set one on one and questions were focused on leadership and sales skills. The second interview is a lot longer as a full day job shadow. At first I was really confused by this but really enjoyed getting to see the day in the life of the position . I also enjoyed in meeting several of the employees and they all seemed to really love what they do.
