4 hours to speak with many people (4 groups of 2 or 3 at a time) each team seemed to have prepared their own interview questions or challenges and all of these items seemed totally fair for an entry level position. Only complaint I have about the experience is that I found it tiring to speak with so many people in sequence (in many cases about the same things) especially when the topic is yourself it can feel like a 4 hour narcissism spree where you need to share all the superficially cool stuff about yourself you can before moving on to the next interview where you do it all again. I would have preferred to speak in front of the whole group at once as this would have allowed everyone to get a deeper understanding of me and a better performance too.

The position was for a 0-1 year of experience software engineer. The first round was a coding challenge of 2+ hours from woven. I did not get moved to the second round. I believe the assessment could be improved greatly though. It had incorrect syntax for the functions in the first half.
