60 minute phone screen with a Director, seemed like a very nice guy. He asked a few standard behavioral questions (Biggest Success, Biggest Failure, Describe Yourself), and we talked more about the role. He only asked one technology question, which I was ill-prepared for. "What is x64?". If asked to continue, I will be invited to 2 90 minute panel interviews. One will be with other Alliance Managers, and the other will be with a room full of Directors. The first interview will be more conversational, and the second will be focused on behavioral questions. Still waiting to hear back.
